| Nothing in the positives section yet! Ok... Alex likes his fruit and vegetables, he is like an encyclopaedia or a Haynes manual! He dresses how he wants to dress. He loves his grandparents! He likes touching all the leaves on plants that he walks past on country outings. He draws very technical pictures, even drawing me a plan of how I was going to design my computer study. He has very good handwriting, can count to a zillion and loves Roald Dahl books - he can read pretty much any word in any book and gets 6/6 on spellings. Alex loves pizza, weetabix and fruit bars drinks nothing other than plain water. There are many more positives and i'm still thinking of many more... | [color:9b54=violet]I'm fussy with my food but as I've got older I have tried a few things and surprised myself when I liked them. [color:9b54=#ee82ee]One thing I CANNOT stand is mince, when I have a spag bol I only have the spag and sauce, the reason I don't like mince is because of the texture, it feels like someone's put dirt in my food [color:9b54=#ee82ee]Maybe he likes mashed potato because it is soft and maybe when he's ready you could try him with other soft food with his dinner. [color:9b54=#ee82ee]Obviously this is a guess but it might be worth a go | |

| Josh is a 'meat and 2 veg' kind of guy. He loves roast dinner, pie and mash, gravy,oh and ketchup on EVERYTHING. This makes him easy to cook for. He is mad about Dr Who and can name all the episodes from the first doctor onwards, who their assistant was and who the baddies were. He has collections of DVD's, figures, books and anything else Dr Who. The local library recently gave Josh a pin code to order books online, and guess what? He went and ordered every book on The Oxfordshire lirary collection about Dr Who!! We were over run with them!! We had to laugh. Josh is just so lovely and caring - we love him to bits. | |

| Oscar excells at maths and has a firm grasp of the basics of electronics. He loves reading, particularly Roald Dahl. He spends a lot of time drawing number searches, mazes and treasure maps as gifts for family members. He has memorised the recipes for shortbread, a plain sponge and pancakes and his goal in life is to learn how to make bread and fish pie. He will eat just about anything once, though he can be nervous (we achieved this because one of his favourite books as a toddler was Green Eggs and Ham by Dr Seuss). He adores animals and babies and tries very hard to be gentle with them. He has learned to ask dog owners if it is ok to pet their dog. He tries to empathise with people (I stubbed my toe and he said that he felt sorry for me). He can remember the layout of almost any kitchen that he has been in more than once (due to his great love of washing machines) and he always knows what date it is and when everyone's birthday is (he's like a walking, talking personal organiser!). Finally, when I asked him not long ago he said the first thing he could remember about his little brother was me pushing him in a "trolley" to see Osc, my mum and dad (that's actually the day Leo was born, the trolley was a hospital cot - Oscar was just under 2 1/2). | |
